These are done through something called Schema Markup or Structured data, everything about which can be found on Schema.org.
I had experience using Schema Markup in WordPress website, but today I thought to try it on Blogspot blog as well. Actually, the idea I got is from a Facebook post in Blogger's Funda group.
Let's see how to get those five stars on Google Search.
Find the appropriate Schema Markup:
1. Go to Schema.org, search any topic you want schema on, there will be schema markup for almost everything. Some topics ideas would be like: review, product, local business, books, recipe and so on.
Scroll down, and there you will find a few examples. In the examples, there will four tabs: "Without Markup", "Microdata", "RDFa" and "JSON-LD"
Except "Without Markup", you can copy and anyone. Though I have never seen anyone using "RDFa"; "Microdata" and "JSON-LD" are most useful.
In fact, in this tutorial, I am gonna use "JSON-LD", as I am more comfortable using "JSON-LD"
2. The second way to finding suitable markup is searching what the people in the industry is using and copying that. Most of the Markup I use mostly are copied from some other website.
Just copy the URL of there page, and test it on Structured Data Testing Tool.
It will show all the Structured data present on the Page (on the right window) and will also show the Codes on the left. You can search and pick the exact structured data code you will need. It might be a little difficult in the beginning, but after some practice, it will be easy.
Structured data code
Here I have a Structured of code. You modify it according to your need copy, test in Structured Data Testing Tool, whether the code is fine and paste it into your page's HTML

So, here are the exact steps to follow
1. Copy the above code
2. Paste it in a code editor, where you should edit the Author name, product name, review, ratings, Web page URL, Image URL, and everything.
3. Navigate to Structured Data Testing Tool > on "Test your structured data pop up" switch to "Code Snippet" tab > Paste the code and "Rest Test" > if shows any warning or error, fix it, and copy the code
4. Open your Review post in Blogger in edit mode, switch to "HTML mode", paste the code anywhere, not exactly, don't paste inside another code.
5. Test if the Structured data is added to the page properly, navigate to Structured Data Testing Tool, paste the URL and run test. If there are any structured data problem It should show that as Errors and Warning.
